$5/25 Coupon active again starting tomorrow!

Apparently, Rite-Aid is re-instating the $5/25 coupon tomorrow according to their facebook page.  So, pull out your $5/25 coupons and get shopping before they expire on 12/31/10!  I'll post here later re: my experience using them tomorrow.

Here's the post from their facebook page:

We appreciate you bringing the issue you’re having with the $5 off $25 coupon to our attention. We have listened and are taking action to correct this issue. You can resume using your coupons starting tomorrow (December 17, 2010).

    Wow, this is great news!Does Corporate knows about this? Some of the stores have the paper posted with the code number from this coupon from Corporate. The managers were told not to accept it even if it goes trough. I had problems last week. I told the cashier if it beeps... than it's fine, I won't use it and the cashier didn't even want to scan it. I tried to look on FB, but couldn't find the link so I can print it just in case. Thank you so much for all your hard work. Looking forward to see your shops!

    Christa, can you verify that the $5/25 had not worked previously at the store that you went to and that it is NOW working (i.e. this is a change from your previous experience at this store). Just wanting to confirm that this wasn't a case of their computers just not being updated with the new software. Thanks!

    Yes Starbucksgirl 2 days previously the system took the 5/25 as .01 and now it is accepted no problem. You will notice on the receipt is says invalid next to the 5 off coupon. Weird, I have noticed on the message boards the same is everywhere. So it looks like we get the blessing of 12 more days to use this coupon.

    So I am off for more Burts Bees and Libman mops. LOL

    Did 3 shops this morning. No problems using $5/25. Rang up normal. Did not ring up as invalid. If you're going shopping today then take a copy of the facebook page with you; the url is here in the comments section.
