I ventured out to Rite-Aid first thing on Sunday morning so that the I could have my choice of John Frieda products. I actually like the John Frieda line and was pretty excited to pick up some new products to try. I was also hoping to snag a few Glad trash bags. We were running low on trash bags in our stockpile and I had a few moneymaker items that could absorb some of the cost of the trash bags. I spent some of my extra UP Rewards on Huggies wipes as we were also running low on wipes. I had almost two years of wipes stockpiled and we just ran out this week. I just picked up enough to get me through potty training next month. Hopefully we won't be buying anymore wipes/diapers after this. It will be nice to spend my extra UP Rewards on something else. :)
UPDATE: Just did another quick shop today (Wednesday) so that I could pick up some FREE Mitchum (my favorite deodorant) and some more trash bags.

NOTE: I used 3 different wellness cards to purchase the bodywash and the trash bags. I also used the UP Rewards that I made last week along with my gift card balance from my rebate check to pay for the transaction so no out of pocket this week again.
NOTE: The store that I shop at informed me that they are no longer going to take more than one video value coupon per household. I may have to find a different store to shop at on Sunday.
Hi :) Where are you located? Are you in Sacramento California by chance? I am looking for a person to network with on how to coupon correctly and successfully!
ReplyDeleteThanks!
Hi there. I am located in Sacramento, however, I don't teach public classes anymore. There are several online blogs that can teach you how to coupon correctly and successfully. I would start with southernsavers.com or livingwellspendingless.com. My blog is a visual blog for the advanced couponer (i.e. someone that has been couponing for 2-3 years already).
ReplyDeleteI finally went out a did a pseudo decent shop!! LOL. I have been slacking...its no where near as cool as yours are...mostly because my local paper inserts are kind of whack...but I made it work. I wanted to do the JF deal but I did not get the insert q's and didn't think to order til it was too late..oh well. Maybe I will get a RC and order the q's and get it next week...good idea...glad we had this talk!!! ; P
